Sustainable Practices

Partnering with local farms not only supports our neighbors, but reduces "food miles", the energy/fossil fuels used to put food on our plates.  In addition to this, we employ other sustainable practices such as: composting all food scraps and waste, recycling, no single use disposable cans/bottles, the use of biodegradable to-go containers, paper bags made from recycled paper, and garbage bags made from recycled plastic.
